33 Cookies and Website Analytics

Our website may use cookies, session cookies, analytics cookies, performance cookies, and security cookies to improve website performance, remember user preferences, understand visitor behavior, detect fraud, and enhance security. Users may disable cookies through their browser settings, although certain website features may not function correctly.

34 Third-Party Services

The Institute may use trusted third-party services including video conferencing platforms, LMS systems, AI platforms, email providers, cloud storage, payment gateways, analytics providers, and communication tools. Use of these services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The Institute is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or policy changes made by third-party providers.

35 Confidentiality

Participants may gain access to confidential information belonging to trainers, other participants, schools, educational institutions, clients, or partner organizations. Participants agree not to disclose confidential information without prior written permission. This obligation continues even after completion of the program.

36 Security

The Institute takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect its systems and user information. However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security. Participants are responsible for protecting passwords, securing their devices, using updated antivirus software, maintaining secure internet connections, and reporting suspected security incidents promptly.

37 Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

Artificial Intelligence technologies are constantly evolving. Participants acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain factual inaccuracies, produce incomplete responses, reflect outdated information, generate biased outputs, or misunderstand instructions.

AI outputs should always be independently verified. AI should not replace professional judgment. Participants remain solely responsible for decisions made using AI-generated information. The Institute accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from reliance upon AI-generated content.

38 Educational Disclaimer

The Institute provides educational services only. Nothing offered through our programs constitutes legal, medical, psychological, financial, tax, investment, or employment advice. Participants should consult appropriately qualified professionals before making important decisions.

39 No Guarantee of Results

Educational outcomes vary significantly between individuals. The Institute does not guarantee examination success, certification by external organizations, employment, business success, promotions, consulting opportunities, increased income, social media growth, or AI expertise within a fixed period. Individual success depends upon effort, consistency, experience, skills, market conditions, and many other factors beyond the Institute's control.

40 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Institute, its founders, directors, employees, trainers, mentors, volunteers, affiliates, contractors, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:

Participation in Institute programs is undertaken at the participant's own risk.

41 Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Institute, its founders, employees, trainers, affiliates, and partners against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from violation of these Terms, misuse of Institute services, infringement of intellectual property, unlawful conduct, misuse of AI technologies, or violation of third-party rights.

42 Suspension and Termination

The Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate any participant's access immediately, without prior notice, where the participant violates these Terms, engages in academic misconduct, behaves unprofessionally, disrupts learning, harasses others, abuses Institute staff, shares copyrighted material, records sessions without permission, fails to comply with Institute policies, or engages in unlawful activity. Termination may occur without refund, subject to applicable law.

43 Force Majeure

The Institute shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, internet failures, power outages, labor disputes, or failure of third-party service providers. During such events, programs may be postponed, rescheduled, or delivered through alternative methods.

44 Changes to Courses and Services

Because AI technology evolves rapidly, the Institute reserves the right to modify course content, change trainers, update curriculum, revise assessments, replace software tools, introduce new technologies, discontinue programs, alter schedules, or improve teaching methodologies. Such updates are intended to maintain the quality and relevance of Institute programs.
